Hormones are really important for a person as it controls sex drive, metabolism, sleep, fertility and mood. Feelings and hormones are interconnected.   3. The inflammation in skin that leads to fatigue, pain and tissue damage when the hormones are over stressed for a prolonged period of time.
  4. It affects your sex life and results in infertility, weight gain, irregular periods.


Once you start to feel the symptoms of hormonal imbalance, follow these steps:

  • Reduce the level of exercise but don’t stop it all of a sudden. When you stop working out suddenly, it may result in some other problem.
  • Try to stay healthy by any other ways like yoga, meditation, diet. Make sure you are not overdoing any of them.
  • Visit a fitness expert to know how you can get over from stressed hormone and the amount of exercise you can do as per your capacity.
  • Eat foods that keeps your hormones stable.
