Brussels Airlines is making changes to its loyalty programme, LOOP, to accommodate the growing number of people who fly with the company. They are promoting their business by promotional offers of cheap flights Brussels airlines. Now, people can also earn LOOPs on long-haul flights and use them right away on their next flight with Brussels Airlines.
Brussels Airlines added LOOP to its Miles & More programme in 2015 so that its customers could get more benefits more quickly. LOOP wants to break the rules of traditional frequent flyer programmes and offer a simple, clear, and generous loyalty programme to Brussels Airlines guests who don't fly very often. Members get three LOOPs for every euro they spend on Brussels Airlines flights (not including airport taxes). Before, they had to take at least five flights before they could use their LOOPs, but now they can use them on any flight right away. Besides this, members can now earn LOOPs on all flights operated by Brussels Airlines.
Up to five family members who live in the same house can collect LOOPs together to get a free flight even faster. Tickets can always be bought with both LOOPS and cash, which gives you more options. There are no membership levels or the cards in LOOP. Everything is done online at www.loop.be. During the work on the runway at Linate Airport, from July 27 to October 27, all flights to Milan will be moved from Linate Airport to Malpensa Airport.
Customers can be members of both Miles & More and LOOP at the same time, but they have to choose whether they want to earn LOOPs or Miles & More miles for a specific flight. LOOPs never expire as long as the person who has them flies with Brussels Airlines at least once a year.
