In 1994, Dr.Madhumani Kumra graduated with her BDS and MDS from the Govt Dental College in Ahmedabad. For the past 23 years, she has been running a clinical practice in New Delhi, specializing in implantology and aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry.

She trained under renowned cosmetic dentists like Dr. Walter Devoto (style italiano) from Italy, Dr. Galip Gurel from Turkey, and Dr. Christian Coachman (creator of digital smile design) from Brazil after completing an Advanced Certificate Program in Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dentistry at New York University. She succeeds in aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry because she works like an artist and has an eye for excellence.

The Indian Academy of Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dentistry (IAACD) has her membership.

In 2008, Dr.Madhumani Kumra finished the Implantology Certificate Program at the American Academy of Implant Denistry (AAID) in Chicago, USA.

In 2016, the World Congress for Oral Implantology awarded her a Fellowship.

The Indian Society of Implantology is an organization she belongs to (ISOI).

She is an International College of Dentists (ICD) member.

She represented Ivoclar Vivadent India as an opinion leader. The headquarters of Ivoclar Vivadent, a global pioneer in the development of upscale dental goods, are situated in Schaan, Liechtenstein.

She has given speeches at numerous national conferences and led training for dental professionals.

She is the recipient of several National Publications.

She worked as an associate editor for the British journal "Dental Practice"'s South Asian division. More than 20,000 dental professionals read Dental Practice, the largest dental publication in circulation in South Asia (www.dental-practice.biz).

She was the head of the Sudha Rustagi College of Dental Sciences and Research and a professor. She has received invitations to serve as an external examiner at several Indian universities during her academic career.

The Dental Council of India has designated her as an inspector to assess the caliber and standard of instruction offered by different universities.

She received invitations to the Eastman Dental School in London in 2008 and the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University in 2006.

In November 2006, Dr. Mark Rutenberg brought her to Suffern, New York to tour the Oral CDX Research Center and reporting center.
