Elden Ring's bosses can be tough enough for me no matter how prepared I am to take on them, so it's extraordinary (and hilariously frustrating) watching someone take on them without even a single thing. The perfect example: YouTuber InfernoPlus has returned with a new video of Elden Ring Runes laughing at bosses, squeezing an impressive spirit summon on them, then laying around doing absolutely nothing else.
In their latest film, Inferno demonstrates the technique for polishing off Elden Ring's notoriously challenging enemies-in this case using spirit ash Banished Knight Olg-without even having to hold a remote. Last week, Inferno posted a clip of them doing absolutely nothing while their spirit ash the Raya Lucaria Soldiers took on the hard task of killing The Tree Sentinel that roams the beginnings of Limgrave. The hilarious video was of Inferno lying on stones and watching as the three the ethereal warriors nearly laid down the golden, sword-wielding mercenary.
Then, my personal favorite Berserk reference is in Elden Ring apart from the sword fields. Elden Ring, like previous Souls games, hides much of the world's creation in its descriptions of the items. It's often the best method to discover the reason why someone did something important or who's connected to whom and, therefore, it's a good be logical that homages to Berserk could be hiding in the description of the flavor also.
It's a lot like the comments made about Guts' Dragon Slayer in Berserk that in the very first chapter of the manga is referred to as"a "raw mass of iron" which is "much too large to be considered an actual sword." The characters are usually shocked by the fact that Guts can hold such a weapon due its massive size, but due to his incredible strength, he's able to utilize it to slash through everything that stands in his way. The two weapons are alike, but this may be due to the fact that they're both huge swords.
In this latest video Inferno makes a variety of gestures (including one known as "balled to the floor," which has you lying on the floor in a fetal state) All the while Banished Knight Oleg went to battle bosses such as the Bell Bearing Hunter and Leonine Misbegotten. And not once did Inferno take damage during gesturing. Some of me is angry due to buy Elden Ring Items how difficult some of these enemies are, but I can't avoid laughing at how easy it is to cheese Elden Ring bosses.
