The Corrupted Nexus is a new endgame feature that lets players:
Fight Corrupted Bosses in Corrupted Maps.
Upon clearing the Nexus, surrounding maps transform into Cleansed Maps with new rewards.
Unique loot, including Fracturing Orbs, which permanently lock a modifier on an item, can be obtained from Cleansed Maps.
