Throughout the dungeon, you will face enemies such as Vulgar Militiamen, Land Octopi, and the Giant Land Octopus. Defeating them yields runes that help you level up or purchase items.

Vulgar Militiamen drop moderate runes, useful for grinding smaller amounts.
Land Octopi drop Land Octopus Ovary crafting materials and a good amount of runes.
Giant Land Octopi are tougher but reward higher rune counts when defeated.

Boss: Stray Mimic Tear

How to Access the Hidden Path to the Haligtree

Climbing the Main Staircase
Proceed out the door and turn right up the main staircase. You will face some Vulgar Militiamen and another Giant Land Octopus with reinforcements. On the stairs, you can pick up 5x Freezing Grease.

Site of Grace and Consecrated Snowfield Entrance 
Past the enemies, you'll find a Grave Glovewort (9). Continue to Elden Ring Items for sale the right to activate the Site of Grace before heading out to the Consecrated Snowfield. However, before you leave, there are still secrets to uncover in the dungeon.
